The Administration & Finance Department is the strategic core of the Federation. Its role is to structure, support, and drive our projects to ensure long-term impact.
The Administration and Management Department serves as the organisation’s strategic engine. Its objective is to support and develop projects through robust financial backing and a structured vision. Whether in the fields of economics, social affairs, or culture, we work to bring ambitious initiatives to life that respond to today’s challenges.
Made up of dynamic and skilled young members, our team stands out for its near-consulting-level expertise. We support complex projects such as economic development, strategic investments, public-private partnerships, and much more. A committed and forward-thinking youth, ready to meet today’s challenges and build tomorrow’s successes.
Fundraising
We prepare grant applications and run sponsorship campaigns. By identifying a range of opportunities, we work to ensure the sustainability and development of the association’s initiatives.
Recruitment & membership management
We welcome new members and ensure their integration within the Federation, thereby contributing to strengthening our collective dynamic.
Organisation of business seminars

Headquartered in Paris, with a European team
Our association was founded in Paris, at the heart of our commitment, but we have expanded our network with branches across Europe and France. Thanks to this continental presence, we bring together talent and encourage bilateral exchanges between Serbia, France, and other European countries, with the aim of strengthening ties and promoting joint projects.
