Nemanja DIMITRIJEVIC
Founder and President of the FJSE, Nemanja Dimitrijević leads the Federation’s strategic direction and represents it before European institutions and international partners. He has extensive experience in European and Balkan public affairs, as well as a strong understanding of the issues and challenges facing the Western Balkans.
Stefan MIJAILOVIC
As Vice President of the Federation of Young Serbs in Europe (FJSE), he represents the association before European institutions, public decision-makers, international partners, and economic stakeholders.
Committed to issues related to public affairs, governance, and strategic funding, he works on matters concerning the Western Balkans, European affairs, and institutional dialogue, while mobilising financial resources to support the Federation’s initiatives. His work is based on a structured, credible, and responsible approach to advocacy and influence, combining political expertise with economic strategy to strengthen the FJSE’s visibility, legitimacy, and impact within European decision-making and economic circles.
Ana DJUROVIC
As Vice President of the Federation of Young Serbs in Europe (FJSE), she works to strengthen cultural, institutional, and human ties between European and Serbian youth. Her commitment is characterised by a practical and structured approach focused on cooperation, knowledge sharing, and the development of sustainable projects.
Actively engaged in constructive institutional dialogue, she contributes to establishing the FJSE as a credible and unifying organization, capable of connecting cultures while building strong and lasting opportunities for the future within the European community.
Filip JENIC
Director of the Austrian Branch of the Federation of Young Serbs in Europe (FJSE), he oversees the development and structuring of the Federation’s activities in Austria, working closely with institutional, academic, and civil society stakeholders.
With a background in political science and experience in issues related to global governance and multilateralism, he is actively engaged in promoting European cooperation, international dialogue, and youth leadership. His unique background, shaped by discipline and high-level performance, supports a strategic, results-oriented, and demanding approach aimed at strengthening the FJSE’s presence and influence across Europe.
Ivana NIKOLIC
As a member of the Federation of Young Serbs in Europe (FJSE), she is actively engaged in matters relating to international relations, European dialogue, and the understanding of contemporary geopolitical dynamics.
Through her rigorous approach and strong interest in public affairs, she contributes to the Federation’s reflections and initiatives aimed at strengthening exchanges, fostering cooperation, and enhancing the representation of Serbian youth within the European sphere.
Nikola DIMITRIJEVIC
An active member of the Federation of Young Serbs in Europe (FJSE), he plays a key role in the organisation’s public affairs and advocacy activities, engaging with French, Serbian, European, and international institutions, including the European Parliament.
His work is grounded in a strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks, which he leverages to support the Federation’s strategic positions and strengthen its institutional standing. Committed to issues relating to Serbia’s alignment with the European Union, international law, and regional affairs, he contributes to building a credible, well-informed, and sustainable influence strategy in support of meaningful institutional dialogue.
Ema MISKOV
A qualified lawyer specialising in European and International Studies, she brings her expertise in legal analysis, regulatory affairs, and institutional matters to the Federation of Young Serbs in Europe (FJSE).
Her academic background enables her to support the Federation’s public affairs, advocacy, and institutional engagement activities, particularly on issues relating to the European Union and international relations. Her legal rigour and thorough understanding of European decision-making processes make her a key contributor to the organisation’s strategy and influence.
Sacha ZANTIC
As a member of the Federation of Young Serbs in Europe (FJSE), he is actively involved in the organisation’s institutional representation and public affairs activities.
Through organising Model United Nations (MUN) conferences and international simulations, he has developed a strong understanding of governance mechanisms and multilateral negotiations, which he applies in promoting the Federation’s positions and initiatives before European and international institutions. His profile combines analytical rigour, strategic insight, and a capacity for influence, helping to strengthen the FJSE’s impact and visibility within the institutional sphere.
